[Rare Rides]

Sling Shot is probably the simplest model thrill ride design ever. Very lo-tech. Looks very much like the real thing. I've created 2 SlingShot rides. Mini and Massivehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttUkjqyieYE You'll need:
Hairband
Kite string
Bunch of tape
K'nex rods and pieces
Hot Glue Gun
Board to place it on
Glue the base on the board. Build the tower. Add strings to the back of the tower to prevent hot glue gun welds from breaking. Cut a hair band in half. Build a custom car. Glue and tape the hair band to the car. Make sure the car has a small rod on the bottom, this will come later. Glue and tape string to the hair band. let the string go through the tower. Tie both side of the strings together at the bottom. Build a small base in the middle where the car is so that the car can hook up to the bottom. Pull The Strings until there is tons of tension. Then unsnap the car from the base a pull on the string tight so it doesn't hit the tower. There you have a FUNTime Group SlingShot![ATTACH=CONFIG]8086[/ATTACH]
