CD announced a new limited edition kit which features CD coaster parts and track that are fully compatible with Lego.

Looks fairly promising!

Maybe this will completely fuse our brands. Lego is still a no-go on this site(obviously duhh :P), but luckily we now have a very good use for K'NEX bricks! Make your own custom cars!

Same size as standard CD afaik. Just compatible with Lego (and thus K'NEX). I bet those VV builders are drooling over this, being able to make their own custom cars :D

Based on Lego, but K'NEX bricks are compatible.

This looks just like the coasters that they build at brick world.

They themselves said

Remember that this is about half the scale of a current CoasterDynamix model. 20' of track will go a long way

So the cars likely won't fit the slim track then... Too bad.

Well, okay. But it's still K'NEX compatible, so that's quite cool.

I like the ability to theme, but in terms of the coaster set, just doesn't have the capability of the Screamin' Serpent system.
