All I have to say is, this project won't be cancelled. No matter what.

I'm not too happy with the looks of the crest, tell me what you think of it!

The crest doesn't look too bad. It's probably slightly skewed by the gaps in the cross-ties. It might look better if you remove the ladders and hence, the gaps. Otherwise this is pretty nice. Looks similar to Jumpge's Oracle.

Thanks, I think I improved the crest a bit, but I am going to re-do it because I'm not too happy with it. In this update it probably still looks similar to Oracle, but in the next one, it won't. ;)

I built the lift-hill today and it is working fine!

Very nice lift but I think you should do some work at the top of the lift where he chain rubs over the hinge fix that and add some connections from the tower to hold the other lift part.

Thank you guys!

Today I built the loop. It was my first one in a sort of B&M-ish style and I think it looks pretty good for my first.
On to the pictures!

The loop's shaping is great. It's a little fat on top, that should be the sharpest part. Also, your supports are really far from the track. The supports should never be more than a granite away from the track IMO, otherwise it causes flexing and speed loss. Also, I would advise against any connections like the one in the middle of this picture:

The reason being is that they can rotate and slide. My advice would be to either find a rod length and attach it normally, or fill the gap with spacers/add ladder connectors.

The drop is great though.

Looks very nice Joost. But make the supports of the loop closer to the track (just like DDRman said). I would also weight your trains and lube them if you havent done that yet.
