I finally decided I'm going to sell my knex. But what method would be the best to sell them? Per lot (eg. 1kilo), per part or per set? Anyone has any experience on what works best?

I've reading sometimes but school takes up a lot of time and I watch YT way to much.

It depends on what you want to do. Selling parts is more of a hassle but you'll make a little more money. Or the whole lot is easier because you get rid of everything in one go but you don't make as much.
