So this is my first coaster that I have started building with tubes. I really don't want a long layout due to my piece count. Any how, here are some pictures of what I have so far.
The Drop
Hill
Turn
Entire Coaster
Please help because i don't know what to do next. Please comment and criticize and tell me if I will have enough speed.

Your shaping and tubes are looking good for your first coaster NewMan! I like the way everything is looking so far! My advice to you is to add some more banking to the turn after the drop. This will save you speed and make it clear the buckle a bit better.
As for layout advice, since your coaster is so small and your cars are already at that height, I'd have the layout wrap back around into a bunny hill over the turn that follows the drop (so the entrance would be at the pull-in to the buckle). To turn around, I wouldn't do a flat turn because those are real speed killers. Maybe to a small overbank or something very simple like this?
