So having finished off my last major project, I'm turning to building ball machines, something I've been wanting to do for a while now. I picked up a used Big Air Ball Tower, and got the ball launcher going again (cleaning corroded contacts and such), but it's not pushing the balls out. I've got one segment of pipe going up out of it, all 4 balls loaded into the machine, and the little control knob thingie set to "high". The motor is definitely running and I can feel the suction, but there's not nearly enough force to send the balls up and out. Am I missing something, or is this launcher just a dud?
