Kärnan rebuild (Hansa Park)

I've just finished my other K'nex ride called Turbulence and uploaded the Video of it today, but this ride is already history, because I've now started to rebuild Hansa Park's (der Schwur des) Kärnan. I haven't installed any track yet, but the tower has already reached it's maximum height of 4ft. Because I now have 2 weeks of holidays this coaster should be completed soon.

Some base structure. The next things will be the station (behind-) and the heart-element (before the tower)

I like the structure, and I was about to say that speed loss would be a big problem, and it probably will, but since you've made it so tall it shouldn't matter too much. Just make sure you make it super strong. Also since the later part of the ride goes out from the main structure, maybe you could try tube supports.

This evening I've made the base for the station and put in some track in the station, the pre-lift part and the lifthill. The lifthill is now completed and working. Also the backwards freefall works well too.

I've continued working on it and the heart-element is now almost completed. But, there is a BIG problem! I'm almost out of blue rods and I still need a lot of them for the rest of the layout! So that means I need to order some more and wait till they arrive here, what probably won't be happening till after my holidays... :/
Anyway, I don't just have some photos for you, also a test run video:

In case of constructing, I've enlarged the base and added a curve.

Nice work! Nice and clean - and realistic too!
I know boosters work, but at the current rate you're using them, you might not have enough to complete the layout, plus they make the structure vibrate a lot - which doesn't help with speed efficiency, which then means you need more boosters in a vicious circle!
When you support your coaster, the key is to add supports little and often, then connect them to add strength. If you don't have enough pieces to support each (longer) track piece at least three times then you're being too ambitious, or you need to buy some more K'nex
In the last photo, your supports are only connected once to the base and are perpendicular (right/90 degree angled) to the track. You want to make sure the weight of the train travelling along the track is evenly distributed throughout the structure. Make the yellow connector into a grey one and create a diagonal support, then attach it to a new connector on the base.
Push down on your track - if it bends, a lot, add/reinforce the supports!
Do you weight your trains?
Also, you may want to buy some more track. It gets worse over time, trust me
Good luck!

How do you mean it with the supporting in the big turn?
Like that:

Or like that:

Or different?
I don't weight my trains
In terms of construction, I'm now at the airtime hill. So I made the S-Turn and the 180 degree turn to the hill. The airtime hill is almost done. Like I said before, I've also moved the 2nd booster.

Nice little airtime hill! Just needs more support of course
What I mean is...
Track--------|\ Triangles are the strongest structures to build with!

Possibly / if you want!

Sorry that I didn't made any updates, but school was very busy the last few weeks.
Due the 3 car train didn't run that well, I went back to the 2 car train and it runns well, except the reverse freefall on the lift, there I need to do something.
While I was testing, there occured an ACCIDENT!! Well the front left wheel assembly of the back car derailed, because the track was crushed due it was a small curve which I made with straight track and the booster crushed it too. I've now replaced the straight track with a curved track, and it works now but doesn't looks so great :/
I'll probably film it this weekend and then the Video should come soon..

Looks awesome! Any video update soon?
Thank you

Thank you too. I'll need to look, but it wouldn't be that tragic because I still have a lot of track...This ride is very nice and I feel like the boosters inhanced it. And sorry to hear about the track- will you be able to fix it?
