Since the Park Wars rct2 contest failed, I decided to

release my park unfinished. Every few weeks or so I will release a newer version of

the park (Year 2, 3, etc) and add new rides for each release.

Here are

some pics:

The first pic is of Escape Velocity, the most popular coaster, it

is a giga that has a cable lift that takes riders up 100 feet. After traveling over many

airtime hills through the woods, the ride launches riders down two runways. The first

launch reaches 140mph and the second launch catapaults riders at 200mph! It is

the fastest coaster ever!

Something got screwed up and put the pics

out of order so the 2nd and last pics are overviews.

The 3rd pic is of the

Magnolia Tree Hotel. It sits on the beach but on the other side are more rooms with

balconies overlooking the pool.

Here are more pics:

The first pic shows

the main attractions in the themed area: Poseidon's Playground There are 6

waterslides titled Purple Peril, Wave of Darkness, Poseidon's Plunge, Sea

Monster, Devil's Dive, and Whirlpool.

The second pic is of the

Showcase Theater that shows two different films.

Pic 3 is of one of the

children's areas, Kiddie Kingdom.

The last pic is of the

double-twisting impulse coaster, Adrenaline.

Here is the last batch of pics:

The first is

of one of the shows at the park. In the Pirate Cove section you can find this show,

Return To Treasure Island. The park also has a show in Kiddie Kingdom.

The 2nd pic is of Operation Vertigo. This ride uses the elevator from RCT2 but

instead of acting as a viewing platform, the ride is a freefall attraction. When guests

reach the top, they step out of the exit and there is no path! The guests fall to

310feet to the ground!

The last two pics are of a vertical drop

coaster that has been hacked to act like a Intamin 1st Generation Freefall attraction.

This one is called Devil's Tower.

Thanks for the comments. Colonel, there are lots of

magnolias by the park entrances and there are some around the park. I didn't

want to overdue it with them. I will add more later.

Here is a link to the

park download for Year 1:

It takes a really long time to download because freewebs is so

damn slow! If anyone knows a faster host, let me know!

From the pictures, you look like you have a nice park

started. Few things, the archy it too blocky, fix it up a bit. You look like you have the

skill, especially in the kiddie section, but the station to Escape Velocity and the theater

need some working on. I however, loved your Operation Vertigo and Adrenaline,

beautiful job.

Oh and two questions, could we see more screenies of

Escape Velocity, possibly one with the ratings in it. Oh and how to the guests enjoy

the freefall ride... can you give use ratings for that as well?

Other than

that, keep it up, looks good. ^_^

Sim-ple, I know my archy is very blocky but that is

because I try to go for realism and you don't see the elaborate, fantasy-like

buildings you seen on rct2.com in real parks. Plus, the park is supposed to be part of

the Cedar Fair chain and they don't really go for the Disney style in architecture.

Escape Velocity's station is really big because it houses an entrance station and

an exit station. Operation Vertigo has pretty good sized lines and sometimes fills up

the queue. People enjoy it a lot but it isn't as popular as some other rides.

There is an observation tower by the water slides that has an excitement rating over

6! Escape Velocity's excitement rating is 10.72 I think. If you want to

view the other ride's stats, download the park!

Here are the

downloads:

The first download is the park filled with about 4,400 people so

slow computers mught not handle it very well but you will be able to watch the peeps

ride the rides and see how the queues are.

The second one is for people

with slow computers and/or people who like to view the park without peeps.

Okay double post, sorry.

Operation Vertigo

was by far my favorite. Great ride, nice layout (I loved the boosters). I noticed

you're a power launch guy, almost every ride was power launched, lol. The

scenery was well done and I do admit the station for Operation Vertigo was better in

the game.

Keep it up, can't wait for year 2. ^_^

How did you make devil's tower? And you

should actually make that a giga coaster. 100ft? It has good air but no speed? 100ft is

lousy IMO.

No offense but did you even look at the park?!?! The

giga coaster is very small because this park was for the game Park Wars and the

higher you build, the more it costs so the giga had to be small. When you say it has no

speed, obviously you didn;t download the park, Escape Velocity does exactly what the

name implies. The coaster reaches 140mph on the first launch and 200mph on the

second! It is the fastest coaster!
I used the 8 Cars per Train trainer

to make Devil's Tower and hack many other rides including Escape Velocity,

Dragon's Fury, Firecracker, Tilt-A-Whirl, Dogfight, Don't Rock the Boat,

The Whipm and many others.

By the way, since I a new B&M is on

the way, should it be a stand-up or floorless?

Oh, sorry.

I just thought it was kinda short in height. Why didn't he just use the "turn

off money" featrue? He could've used the trainer to do that and then set it

back at the amount of money he wishes it to be set at by using the trainer again.

The new B&M coaster has been built and is a
