I don't know what scale it is at, but I am
guessing (now mathematically) 1/48th because the track width is one inch while
regular track guage is about 4 feet or so. But if the track is 1/48th the size, it will go
1/48 slower: T=D/V. So every thing is scaled. But the main reason we see it going so
fast is that it is so small we don't have a large frame of referance. The real
trains are long, but the trains here are 1/48th that, so we have 1/48th the time to see
them in. It is kinda difficult to understand, but if you were shrunk down to 1/48th your
size, the trains would be going normal speed.
Edit: it is 1:48. Look under
the first pic of the Dragon here: http://www.coasterdy...ore.aspx?item=4 .

I completely
understand that-ants see that Raptor model as the real life one, but I do understand
why it looks so fast now, thanks for the explanation.

If that were true, does tall people see the coaster going faster than
short people?

No, it's the
size of your eyes. Thats when your 15 Steel Force Looks like a Baby coaster but 5
years before it was like Mt. Everest. It also explains the seemingly rapid movement of
insects-if we were their size, they would look like butt ugly beasts.

Well, you're eyes are the same size when
your're born until you die... don't feel like searching for something that
proves it, so you can
