crudly drawn picture.
Basically what it shows is a single rail rotation
control method. Instead of 4 rails in all, this disign incorporates 1 variable rail, and 2
unchangeable rails. This design streamlines setting the rotation angle so you only have
to set 1 rail instead of 2.
The picture of the rails is pretty self-explanatory,
except that there are some unseen parts. The rail and the post that holds the rail move
within the track itself. Basically it moves up and down, snapping in at 45 degree
incriments. Halfway in is 0 degrees.
The picture of the train is pretty
vague and needs some explaination. The slot and rod in the center of the car attatches
to the center rail. It follows the center rail movement, and drives a gearbox that makes
the seats rotate in the X/Arrow fashion.
The only issue I can think of is the
gradual wear and tear of the gears inside of the cars, due to slipping due to the cars
undergoing higher g forces. Also, the cars would be heaiver and you would have to
adjust each rail to fit the degrees.

that work. You would probably have to make a new type of lift for this but I would get
it if it was made.
^ well if
the ''full'' inverted model costs $400 imagine the price of
the flying cars and the coaster track plus the station that u described.... that would be
too much. so yes, it isnt worth it... i agree.
You would buy the Dragon or
Scorpion and then buy the optional flying car convertion. It would include a station
with brakes and a flying car. It probably would be $150 -$200.

Arrow style coaster because they have the guide wheels on the inside of the track. It
might be a bit hard, and maybe a bit of a nuisance at times, but it might just be worth
it...

make a true Vekoma, they have to make the trains so they aren't perfectly
conformed to the track like B&M. I hate viewing gaps between wheels and
track. Like on out Boomerang at SFFT, man there is like at least a 1-2 mm gap. Its
scary. But I know its safe but that gap just makes it so incredibly rough. So for a
vekoma make very bad trains lol.
