For those in the contest, the deadline will be monday, January

17th for these coasters. If this date proves to be an incovienence (sp?) to anyone, ill

move the date to a surrounding date. If everyone is finished before that date, i will

creat an earlier deadline. At whatever date, you are each required to post the

following:

-atleast 6 screne shots of your coaster clearly showing the

layout, station, que, and scenery.
-reveal the name.
-provide a press release

including stats and other info you like to provide...
-a logo made outside the game

for the ride (optional).

As for videos, id like to make it so everyone makes

a POV video, and an action one around the ride. I know first hand how much the

comp slugs though filming them, so i wont require it, but if you would like to, you may

do so. I would appreciate any info on how to upload the video on the site...

Until the deadline, NO ONE is to release anymore info about there ride than they

already have. Those who have already leaked the name and other stats, keep it there.

Those who have only revealed the type dont reveal anything else.

I will

allow from now till the deadline that anyone who wants to make a teaser statement

may. This means you may type a post that revels no official stats about the coaster,

but reveals hints about it. For example, before KK was announced all we knew was:

To high to breath, to fast to scream, to big to beleive. You may do something like that

from now to the deadline.

So if you havent already, get started on your

coasters! Ill reveal how the winned will be desided at a later date!

I entered trying to start to like Rct3...but the more i play, the more

i hate...so yeah, im out.

here is what i think will be the final info on the contest.

Deadline:

The scedualed dead line as posted above will be Monday, January 17th.

When you are finished your model, just PM me so i know. If everyone finishes

early ill move the deadline earlier. If it remains the same day, ill PM all of you before

hand as a reminder.

On the day of the deadline members must post the

following:

Screen shots showing-
-Various angles of the ride
-over view of layout
-Station
-Que
-ride at night
-members

choice

Videos (optional)-
-POV
-Ride in opiration
-members choice

(id still like some help on how to upload vids on the

site).

Press Release-
-a detailed press release revealing the rides

name, type, stats, etc

Other-(optional)
A logo made in a picture

program

Ill post my things first as an example.

Judging!

Deciding the winner will be a site vote like SFF56s is SSC

awards. I have composed the following catagorys. After all members reveal there

coasters, the site can PM who they would like to win each catagory, ill announce the

winners a week after the deadline.

Catagorys!

-Best

layout
-Best Station
-Best Scenery (or theming)
-Most Realistic
-Most wanting to ride (which would you like to be built in real life and ride)
-Most unique
-Best Name
-Best colors
-Best coaster at night
and
Best over all model.

After seeing all coasters any member of

the site may PM there vote for each catagory the week following (members in the

contest may not vote, really no point).

Ill add more info if nesisary. Ill also

be interested in hearing suggestions of the contest, and ill still allow last minute

entrys.

I forgot to backup all of

my RCT3, and since I don't have it reinstalled yet I don't think I could get

it all built in time.

don't have any software back on the computer. It will take me at least 1 to 2

weeks to get back to normal with this computer.

Rollerdude has informed me he is finished, if anyone else is, please inform me,

so i have an idea of if i can move the deadline earlier or not assuming everyone

finishes early.

Three weeks left!

I realised the 17th

of January is Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day so i would imagine everyone

has off that day, so posting your coaster picks would be easier. As we get closer ill

post more info on how ill want them posted.

So for now keep working, and

focus on the pics for the catagorys people will be voting on.

I also want to

add a new one, best coaster at night, so if you want to light up your ride, your

welcome too.

working on a coaster recently and noticed the topic. My coaster is compleate and I

am working on the final scenery details. If Its not to much sign me up please. Thx

Your more than welcome to sign up Big Builder, the

more the better. Just tell me the type of the coaster your building, and nothing more

(dont want to much released before judging).
