You can try doing what I do, take a look at a lot of
coasters on rcdb.com and pick out some elements that you like from it, and combine it
all together......
Also just walk around staring into space and you should
eventually come up with an idea.....
Also if you have NL, that helps a
lot.....

Think of your own ride. If not, chose a small sized real
roller coaster and do that. I have no more advice.
