Yea...I stopped doing this because I didn't post . Maybe its because I barely post any info on here...whats the point of getting a 12 year olds oppinion? Also, there is a thing called priorities. You see, things of higher importance come first, like AP tests, getting ready for college, and relaxing.

Anyways, there isn't much to post on this. I, being an amatuer electonics builder, am trying to design a fully automated launch, something that takes much skill. So maybe I am teaching myself programming and designing the thing.

Thanks to the British, I am able to understand programming and now have a microcontroller. I am only working on parts of the program right now, but I have the launch button set up to run the launch program when I press and hold the button for 3 seconds. I also have the xmas tree programming done. It will take a little longer to get the motor portion done, seeing as I don't have the electronic parts for it as of right now.

As far as construction goes, nothing has changed. But I do plan on getting CPVC pipe for supports and redoing the towers. Expect major work to start very soon...

Oh, and as far as the microcontroller goes, it is from a company called PICAXE. It very simple to use...so simple I may use it to run a small Knex coaster, if I feel like it.

Okay, But your going to put a station on this, right? Also, are you just going to leave the trains like they are? I hope not.

Also, it'd be cool to see you build a small knex coaster;).

Yes there will be a station, and I'm debating on a working gate system. As far as the trains go, I am working on making actual Xcelerator trains by modifying the CD train...hope it all works.

Hey, don't mean to bring up a dead topic, but where did this go? Is it done yet? It looks awesome.

The launch is a bitch to get up and running. But I do have the chip to control it and the program is ready, know what motor driver I need, just need to order it, and need to rebuild the motor mount to make it mroe efficient. It rubs too much. Probably will order the motor driver tomorrow, along with some LEDs. Need to make the wheel and assembly for in the station. And I will get some CPVC pipe from Lowes that will replace the supports I have from CD...much cheaper. And I just bought a paint sprayer for detail work, so paint will come. So its all preaty much ready to go, but not yet in building mode.

Lets just say this, the Titan motor gets my CoasterDynamix train about 6-7 feet in the air at half speed and with the gear reduction of 1:4.5. You've seen it run the E-Maxx...thats a good 10lbs. truck and it gets up and going at 25 MPH.

Well its been a long time since an update...not much has happened. I added the launch track and supports plus part ofthe turn into the station. I'm currently taking a class on SolidWorks and so I decided to make every CD part to help shape my layout and the supports. Here's what I have so far.
