Hi,

Im worried (because i live in the UK) that when i buy No limits, because its not on a disk, if my computer gets bust or something, i wont be able to recover it. And even if i can recover it, if the company goes bust, then im stuck.

Cheers,
wakey.

You can always back up the files on a disc, and write down your serial number and stuff on it.

It's not a big deal if your hard drive tanks, because with a couple of emails to Mad Data you can get a new version anyways.

Doesn't happen from buying stuff on the internet... if you get duped into inputing your information on a fake website, or have some trojans on your computer, yes.

Check sites out; make sure their is an SSL when ordering. Also look at the urls for anything suspicious.

Pretty weird she will let you order stuff from eBay, but not from online retailers.

Ive ordered RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 'Gold' and it is due to arrive in 1 to 2 working days.

I was wondering if this setup if fine enough to run RCT3:

Processor: Intel Celeron (0.18u) 2590MHz
Display Card: ATI RADEON 9200
Memory: 768MB
Operating System :Microsoft Windows XP
Free Disk Space :44.94GB
Display Card Memory: 128MB
Display Driver Version: 6.14.10.6378
DirectX Version: 9.0c
Optical Drive: CD/DVD
Sound Card: SigmaTel Audio

I don't know but with your display card, you can not build waterparks since there is an error with it as I have the same card. There is a workaround but that requires modifying files.

Hmmm, im getting Gold, so does that mean i cant play the game at all? Since 'Soaked!' is included with it. Or is their an individual disk inside the RCT3 Gold case that has 'Soaked!' on it, so installing 'Soaked!' is optional?

Gold comes with RCT3 which is just the normal one and it has Soaked in it too, if you don't want to, you don't have to install Soaked.

You should be fine; although, if you can, I would suggest getting 1Gig of memory. But before you do, just try it out with what you have.

I really want to install Soaked but as it has been said, i cannot make waterparks with an ATI RADEON 9200 graphics card. Ill see what happens tomorrow when it 'should' come. And by the way, thanks for all the support on this issue even though it is all totally off topic ^_^

Thanks again,

Jon.

You don't have to build waterparks, it includes tons of new rides and stuff.

Ive got the game, and all i can say is that its FANTASTIC! I can build pools and waterparks, although bigger parks tend to really lag my computer up.

So what updates do i need?

I didn't read this whole topic, but I have had to ask the swell guys at NoLimits for a new copy a few times and they have responded quickly and effectively every time.

If the game gets deleted, you switch computers, etc., send an email to the guys and they will reactivate your download link for a week I believe.

Hope that helped!
