Ok, Thunderhawk is a new Intamin Accelerator/Rocket Coaster. The pull-up is just over 3 ft tall and the top hat will be 7.5 ft tll when its done. This will feature Tyrant and Ron's drill launch and new simple brakes I created. But since I have to leave Friday for a big canoe trip in Minnesota, construction will stop until I get back. Expect an update Thursday night or early Friday morning. Please comment and enjoy.

Thanks guys

^The brakes are really simple. The allignment has to be close to perfect though, but they can do anything from trims to heavy breaks.

This is looking very good so far. I really like it when people use new innovations in their roller coasters (drill launch, switch track).

^Yeah, I'm thinking about a transfer track/switch track for a storage track. It all depends.

^lol Yeah, I usually take one flexi worth of track, shape it with the tubing then support it from there. It actually works better than the supports first.

EDIT: Here's a logo I made tonight. Please comment.

Ok, I've finished most of the first half of the tower, but it sorta looks odd to me. The twist seems smooth, but I'm thinking I should move the twist further up the tower. What do you guys think?

The twist should end just below where the crest begins. That will make it look better. The twist is really smooth, though

I say do somthing other than the average. Like make a twisting tophat, not a twist, then tophat, if that makes any sense...
But I don't really like it that much, upward inline twists don't look really great on knex...

Maybe if the twist was a bit longer it would look better.
