happens to someone, it is never there fault. Lets just go blame everything on someone
else! For those of you who like to fool ride ops and disobey park rules, I hope
you end up six feet under because of your stupidity. If lap bars weren't needed,
we wouldn't have them.

Doesn't matter. You were the
one posting the material. You are not going to get banned, I am just setting the bar for
the material to be posted. Recently, parks such as Holiday World and Cedar Point
issued zero tolerance policies for breaking park rules and sharing how to break them.
What is the punishment? Bannishment from the park.

lapbar, thats just plain stupid!

when I first saw the topic I was ready to go and delete it as well......
Wakey, have you even heard about what has happend at Holiday World? Where the
woman (who was a coaster enthusits, not GP) wanted more airtime on the Raven, so
she "fooled" the ride op, then unbuckled her seatbelt mid-ride and was
then ejected from her seat and was killed.....
And as a result of that, many
parks are now re-looking at coaster enthusits not as do-goods who want to have fun at
parks, but now as people who are deliberatly breaking the rules just to get that
"extra thrill".......
I personally never try to break the rules as
much as other people. Yes, I do get a little peeved when people "Staple"
me in, but I don't try to trick the ride ops so I will have like a foot of space
between me and the lapbar, that is just plain stupid.....
Remeber, just
because we are enthusits, doesn't mean that we are invincible, yea, we may
know all the stats of a coaster, how the blocking works, what chain dogs are, how the
brakes work, but what many "hard-core" coaster enthusits don't
know is common sense......

at pkd, i had some extra space (because i did not try to close it a bunch more) and i
almost flue out on the second bunny hill. So you do not want to do anything with the
lap bar then keep it closed as mutch as possable, and all coasters need to have seet
belts installed, because all the woodies at pkd don;t and its kinda scary.
