overall I rode coasters 20 times...all, plus:
Great Bear 3 times
Trailblazer twice (no line, so we stayed in)
Wildcat 3 times (new trains explanation soon!!)
Lightning Racer 6 times
It was so fun to sneak my camera on many coasters to take on-ride pics!
here is the first batch of pics, GCI's the WILDCAT!!!! with NEW TRAINS!!!!! The millenium fliers were GREAT! the ride was much less violent. The smoothness was extremely noticeable. Yet, as usual, in the afternoon it was rougher becuase of the thermal expansion of the track and supports. pics...

after all the physics tests were done, we were free to go. not neccesarily in order....
Schwarzkopf's Superduperlooper, the second in the nation to have a loop. The first drop is for about 10 feet of track at about 55*, then gets less. The only G-force felt is the entry to the loop; the entire loop is terribly shaped.
I did manage to gat a few on ride pics as well as the video.
Sidewinder: the Vekoma boomerang coaster...nice and agressive. I loved it, especially the cobra roll, but most people to whom I talked did not favor it. Oh well, it's Vekoma 1991, so what can I say?

here is another onride pic of superduperlooper:
We also rode the Comet, the oldest coaster in the park, built first in California in 1923 by Philadelphia Toboggan Company. It was then moved to Hersheypark in 1947 and remodeled in 1978. It is a very classic woodie, featuring good straight hills and nice air time.
^errrgh, I was trying to get a good pic of the turnaround from the first drop, but obviously some girl's hand was in the way.

personally, I think the Intamin inversions on SR are very awesome, but I like jokers jinx better because it is deathy compact and almost twice as long (of a time).

About storm Runner, how is the force the launch comparable to Xcelerator at Knott's (if you know)?
From what I can remember about SR, the launch wasn't as strong as Xcelerator's. There wasn't much of a difference though, as neither of them compare to TTD.
