[KCB Designs]

Well, I'm starting to get tired of Commando sitting in my room, so I want to build a new coaster. I'll build it in the loft of my garage because I have more room up there. This one will be called M80, the themeing will be some left over fireworks that I have laying around. But there is a problem, I don't know what to build.

It will be a wooden coaster. This is the layout, a classic out and back (I think).


The base rod will be a granite/yellow rod (hope I have enough).
Tell me what you think.

^It will be almost 5 grays high, I will try every piece saving method I know.

Your crest is too small, and the drop out of the crest is too long. Round that and you're good. The pullout of the crest/into the predrop is sharp, and the predrop should be taller in the middle. Just come 'constructive criticism' for yeh .

Fixed crest-

Pull-out of the drop, and pull-in for the hill-

The gear should be right underneath the track instead of like an inch. The pull out looks fine until the pull in. Fix that and make it more smooth and you should be fine.

Here is the first hill-

I know the top looks wierd, but its the only way the train makes it.

theres a few bumps. a pretty noticeable one on the left side of the hill.

I love how everyone uses Behemoth as an example.

Well, whatever changes you make, make sure the crest is perfectly rounded, not all sharp and straight.

Edit: Oops, I didn't notice that's Goliath. I didn't see the turnaround thing on the right.

I don't think you need to change that much on the hill, just smooth out the top more and it should be good. Try taking off the supports, shaping it, and re supporting it differently.

I just did what coaster55 said, same height with a rounded top.

Much better. It still may be a little steep, but as far as I'm concerned, as lng as it makes it, you can keep it.
