I think it is too steep, and I saw a little straight spot on the pull-in. Actually I think its pretty noticeable.

^The straight part has been fixed, but is the hill really too steep? Does it really need to be changed? Because I may end up being a little tight on space anyway........

Nah just keep it the way it is, its nice and smooth and modifying it could end up in destroying it. I would love to see the Goliath turn-around.

^Thanks, I was probably going to keep it anyway though:)

I probably won't start on the turnaround until I can find a good spot in the basement to keep the coaster.

UPDATE-I know that it's not exactly like the real thing, but it was a pain in the ass to get it to look anything like the real thing. I'll fix minor banking problems and bumps, but don't expect me to tear up the whole thing and re-do it, because I like how it looks. Also, I know it's really skinny, so I might try to fix that. Anyway, pics and a vid! Yay!

It loses speed way too fast, I say lube it.

The lift is about 7.5 Green rods high, the hill only 5.5, that makes a 2 rod difference, thats huge! It should go over it with a great amount of speed.

^^Thanks!
^I know, but it is lubed and weighted. I think the problem is that the track not being completely straight, and sort of wiggling. Also, there are two splices right at the bottom of the second valley. I think I'm going to take a short break, lube my cars more, and try to get the best speed that I can. Any other suggestions on how to get more speed?

Change the area of splicing definitely, make it at the top of the airtime or somewhere where its not draining speed.

^Actually, I fixed that by putting tape on them.

I washed the axels of the cars with soapy water, and I think I'll let them sit for.......3 or 4 days? I'll update when I fix the speed as much as possible.

You can add a car and see, it always work for me. Nice turnaround and I see that you were inspired by goliath (LaRonde FTW :) ) . Maybe you can try to do less steep hills to conserve speed more. It's really nice.

EDIT: I just saw your first post...

^I don't have anymore cars....but I did clean my cars and they work much better. Now the train can effortlessly go over the first hill aand the turnaround.

Also, for some reason, building hypers is more fun than building loopers for me, so I'll probably be building another hyper in the near future.

Look great so far, I really like the speed it has over everything. The buckle could use some more banking, but it still looks good.

In the bottom left of this picture you can kind of see what I mean,
