Hi im new to SSC but i am NOT a n00b to knex so dont misjudge me. i welcome criticism.

Yes I am making a new coaster named Eclipse.(this is literally my 4th time trying to post this in knex construction). heres a basic layout.

4ft. launched lift hill
90* drop
Sidewinder
Zero-G roll
Inclined loop

The rest is stilll undecided so i am open to suggestions. I am thinking of putting in a block section right after the inclined loop though.
So far i have the launched lift hill and half the sidewinder done. I will be posting some pics later. PLEASE COMMENT

nevermind i have decided to do a reverse sidewinder. i will just work at it till i get it right.

Heartlining is not something your main concern should be with sidewinders...

Welcome to the site... Just a few openinig tips/criticisms:

1) use the edit button... we will eventually respond to you.

2) Connect those two tower of the lift together, it gives it more shape.

3) In most situations, the element looks smoother if it has the same pull-out as the element before it.

4) You are a n00b. Haha. Its fine though, not looked down upon.

Okay so you guys know the new coaster coming in at that really fun theme park named Eclipse? Well i went last saturday and i took the tour that they are having for the ride during construction. It was really fun. Although they haven't started the station yet, I am hearing rumors that there will be some kind of pre-lift hill section before the lift. They also let me take some pictures and video, as long as i get approval to share it with others first. Oh and by the way, all of the overhead pictures i shot were from the observation tower nearby. And dont mind the grey sky. It was overcast with white slits of sun peeking through.

oh ya i forgot to ask yall but the construction surveillance crew wasn't sure on the number of cars and asked for input. do you think Eclipse would be better with 2 or 3 cars? thanks i will tell them tomorrow when i go.

Use 3 cars, change your immelmann, because now it's more a sidewinder. I like the lift, it's original.

I think it should be taller, especially since it is "launched".
