The second monthly SSC NoLimits contest begins today!
The requirements:

Must be an Intamin launched coaster (using the hyper coaster).
Must have a launch of 120 kph.
Maximum height cannot exceed 50 meters.
Must run at least 2 trains of exactly 5 cars at all times, with no stacking.
May not have a MCBR.
Must have supports.
May not contain any land or water features.

Enter in the same way as last time- PM me 3-5 screenshots, at least one being an overview, and send me either the .nltrk file of your roller coaster or the raw video file (sent by www.rapidshare.com, or another file-sharing site).
Last day to enter entries in February 28th.
I think that pretty much covers it, so start no-limiting!

[*any new notifaction or rules will be written below*]

You may enter as many roller coasters as you want, just to clarify.
It may have inversions.
You can have a water feature (such as a pond). But all land must be flat, excluding the ground that is underwater.
Now, by no MCBR, I don't mean you can't have a pre-station block brake. That's perfectly acceptable.
Also, you can have a little stacking, as long as you have more than 2 trains. If you only have 2, no stacking is allowed.
You may not make a Mobius coaster.
You may not make a shuttle roller coaster. It must be full-circuit.

But what if some want's to terrain, and stuff, instead of having a plain boring coaster.

I wonder what you could fit when you can not have MCBR's and are not allowed to Stack either...
Is a holding brake before the launch allowed?

^ Yes, that is allowed.
You guys can do ANYTHING you want, as long as it does not violate the rules.
The point of this is to see who can make the best coaster with the given rules, not try to get me to change the rules to make it easier.

I think we've been through this before (WinterContest)...

Would two consecutive stations be against the rules? One for loading and one for unloading.

^ No, that is fine. If you have any legitimate questions (like ^that^) that you are unsure of, please ask. If it's a stupid question, don't waste my time.

I don't think you'll need a MCBR. You can get a pretty good layout with 120kph to work with, especially if they're all low-to-the-ground elements. You shouldn't have any problem stacking.

Now, by no MCBR, I don't mean you can't have a pre-station block brake. That's perfectly acceptable.
Also, you can have a little stacking, as long as you have more than 2 trains. If you only have 2, no stacking is allowed.

Whatever happened to no changing of the rules, you ask? I'm just tweaking them :D

^ That's the point. I'm thinking of something more like my Stealth.

EDIT: I've decided that you can have a water feature (such as a pond). But all land must be flat, excluding the ground that is underwater.

Can we do duelers?

Two stations, with separate tracks, and separate launches and whatnot?

^^ To make a .zip folder, go to your desktop. Right click, click 'new' (which should bring up a drop-down menu), and select 'Compressed (zipped) Folder'.
Your screenshots and videos should be in a folder called C:\Program Files\NoLimits Coasters v1.7\screenshots.

^^^ I would go with the black and green, and rofl at your RCT supports.

Minimoggi: No, you can't do duelers. Even thought it's technically one coaster in NL, it has to be one single roller coaster. You can enter as many separate coasters as you want, however.

Ill tell you guys how to submit your entries later.
BTW, I'm really excited with all the participation I'm seeing.

it isn't coming up with anything. i use v1.6 but when i replaced the 7 with a 6 it couldn't find anything... any ideas?

if not, the best i can do is take shots from my camera.

Go to C:\Program Files. Then try to find a folder that says something like No Limits. If you don't see it, keep looking in more folders.

Wow, your supports are...interesting. They look almost like an Intamin hyper/giga's supports (MF).
How many are each person planning on entering? Im planning on doing at least 2 or 3.
