I have a construction update, I have the lift finished

and working, witht he exception of the left side track's chainlift. It seems to be

not working properly, but I did not mess with it so I am sure I can get it to work. I can

not post the pic while making a poll, so I will post again and add the pic.

Here is the pic of what is finished so far. Also, the

Finish sign in the pic will be at the end of the ride! Comments are

appreciated! :D

Ok nothing that rhymes, thats just horrid. I say

something more sophisticated, like expeditious antagonism. Or fast racing in simple

english terms.

Actually, I like that "expeditious

antagonism" name that sfmm_freak suggested.

You could also call

it "Chase The Wind". The inside track would be themed after the wind

and the outside track would be themed after the chaser. ;)

What

you've got so far looks pretty impressive. Good job on the station house and

finish line banner. That's pretty creative. B)

Well, I have no idea how to even pronounce that

name, so I really dont want to use that. Haha! But when I do have the name

chosen, could someone make me like somewhat of a sig, but a little bigger so I can put

it on my station. :D Also, I have done no

more work on this coaster today, since my fingers hurt quite badly, I had school, I went

out to eat, I got a haircut, and I went to the basketball game so no more construction

updates with the exception that I got the 2 lifts to work. And since the inside coaster

will most likely win and I did not want to change the design, I have put new batteries

in the left motor so that the left side gets to the top of the hill quicker than the right

side so that it could actually turn out to be a pretty good race!!!

:D

Greg M- I

do like the name, but I do not know if it is my type of name for a coaster if ya know

what I mean, which you probably dont. Haha! But thanks anyway!

:D

I was actually joking when I suggested Chase The

Wind. "Chasing the wind" is an expression that means you are chasing

something you will never catch- as in the outside train will never catch the

inside train. I just made it sound like an old style coaster name, so it's all good. I

hope your fingers get better so you can finish your model. B)

well matt, I WOULD make you something, but you

dont like my style. IF anyone wants something a little bit more "artistic"

then drop me a line- dj specktor(all AIM). I do sigs,

avitars, and just baout anything.

Anywhoozies, its pronounced (ex-pede-us)

(an-tag-o-niz-em). I htink it has a really cool sound to it, but thats just me(being the

artistic one, lol pimp)

Well, I actually had time tonite to build on to this

unnamed coaster, ans I made more supports on the lift so it is now sturdier and I also

made the little drop after the lift and half of the turn. It looks pretty good now, with the

exception of me still needing to add supports! :D I am trying to get some

ss sets off of some friends at school so we will see how that turns out, and if now

well, ebay! I would take a pic, but I feel there is no need until more construction

is continued! :D

Neither, I believe. It is a steel racing coaster w/

invertions.

Yes, CoastaKid is right, and by the way Tyrant, I love

ur avatar thingy! It cracks me up! I hope to make 3 inversions on each side

and I am trying not to speed construction so that I will not be delayed by waiting on

more sets to arrive! :D

Looks good Matt! This looks like it's going

to be another one of your great models! What will the coaster do after the turn

around and will there be any inversions?

It will do the main drop, then come up and turn again

to the righ and drop about 2 1/2 ft and do a loop, then turn 180 degrees again and do 2

interlocking corkscrews, helix brakes turn and into the station! Lets hope I have

enough pieces, and if I don't I will buy more and I will NOT quit this coaster, as

I never quit most of my coasters! :D

That is looking very good. The supports make it

almost look like a wooden coaster.

I know that this would require a whole rebuild of the

turn, but why not make it a downward turn, not a flat one, so you start to gain some

speed.....

Would look cooler and take up less supports.....

But

other than that, it looks awsome....

Yes, I did try to do that, but it has enough speed to get

off the track now, so its okay. But do you mean actually a swooping turn, or just a turn

that gradually goes down?

Looks great! I've always wanted to build a

racing coaster but I don't have enough sets. This is going to be another

awesome model!
