It might be possible to add the gate. If I just replace some of the spacers with 90 degree connectors and build 180 degrees on top of those, that might work.

I myself when I get the chance will be working on the second idea. The station will include flipping invert switch tracks at both ends and just for a nice look I might include the dropping floor either from above or a simular design that I had come up with, hopefully it will work out well. I look forward to keeping you all udpdated with my work and please I encourage you to maybe attempt these ideas and maybe our company could put our ideas together and our designs to make a professional and well operating design. 1)When are we getting that patent.
2) I believe I found a obvious solution that I probably should have seen before, to the problem of the gear pushing the floor up on my rising station floor. Pic:
Also I lengthened it to fit a 5 car train.
