Everybody except me, I think, use No limits. With no limits, you have more scenery and things like that and the custom support are more easy to do then SM. But, with SM you can make dueler

I use Hyper rails. It is the same as both of these but you can't build woodies. You have to buy this off of amazon or ebay but it's cheap. I got it new for $6, and it's really good.

Having both, Nolimits is much better. Just everything about it.

I first heard of Nolimits before HyperRails and only just from Scream Machines.
I'm not sure how easy coaster are to build with the other two sims. But I hate to say that Nolimits is a bit overwhelming at the start, but when you get to know the program you are rocking the world with designs.
