This is how you can easily make a tunnel, this was requested by otis88, Go Pens!
Step 1: Make a length of track, this is usually already on the coaster;

Step 2: Add RED rods to the sides of the track (for hills put on greys);

Step 3: The last pic showed also to trim paper(If you want) and tape it to the rods;

Step 4: If you want you can add brown paper and crumple it up to make it look like rocks;

Cool, but it really only works best for straight sections of track. I usually get cardboard and cut/shape it exactly how I want it, then but a garbage bag over it.

It just makes the tunnel look black, I dunno...lemme see if I can find a pic somewhere of one I did...

Well all I do to make tunnels is take about 20 flexis, bend them in half, and take black or blue duct tape, and put it over it.

I would have to say the best tunnel I've seen was on my first coaster, Venom.

Now let me dig up a picture...



I went and bought an Air Duct from Home Depot/Lowes (~$8). I then measured where the supports would be and drilled holes through the bottom.

I'd have to agree. Venom's tunnel was great. It's so clean and simple.

My tunnels on my epic fail coaster Hillside. They are two flexies with lots of one way/45 degree connectors and some rod.
