i've been thinking about using one chain with a twist in ti for a while now. i'm glad to see it actually works.

it looks amazing. good luck on the build off.

I really like it! add a helix or 3/4 turn after that mini hill.

The station and brake shed look great. I also like the idea of using one chain for both the station and brakes. I'm impressed. Keep up the good work!

This is one of the coasters that I have to look at for a couple minutes to take in all that it has to offer. It looks incredible so far. I hope the layout does not disappoint...

I definitely agree with ^. This is an amazing coaster already, and you're probably what, 1/4 of the way through the layout? I can't wait to see the finished product of this!

Wow, thanks for all the comments guys!

Well 175 granites arrived in the mail yesterday...that's really gonna help. Well, I basically doubled the support-to-track connections on the drop, and now the train flies over the hill. Makes me happy :)

EDIT: I also built a small overbank on top of the table next to the hill. Pictures soon.

Overbank and prelift are done, and I've started programming my NXT.

I'm pretty sure that some of the shaping is weird, so please tell me what needs to be fixed!

It looks weird that because it doesn't go back up before that drop, it looks pretty awkward. Shaping is nice, but I would suggest adding a little bit of an incline before that.

I dont think the straight part is a problem, but the over banks size is. I think that is whats making it look odd.

i think the over bank is good, but you should have it go up before it goes down the drop. it looks wierd just dropping right out of the overbank.

That prelift just isn't right to me, at least at the end. You need to add some banking to that last turn.

To be honest, I really like this coaster a lot. At first, it looks like an Intamin, but now, I'm starting to the hint of a CCI creation. The pre-drop reminds me of Hoosier Hurricane and The turnaround seems like something you would find on one of their creations. Plus, you can't beat that station detail.

I personally think the turn is fine. If anything, it just needs less banking.

I agree completely with Marc. Everything is good, just the banking that is waving a red flag in my brain right now.

Dang, thanks for all the helpful comments guys! I tried to give it a bit of a raise before the drop and smooth out the overbank part like you suggested:

Is that any better?

when i said raise it, i meant like a green rod or grey rod, not just a little bit. that is just me though, i think it would look better if you make it higher.

I actually like it raised just a little. I think a green would be way too much. A little more height (like a silver) wouldn't hurt though.

I say leave it. It would be insane to go from air-time, extreme g's, to another nice pop of air-time. This is a very creative design indeed, keep going.
