We are getting right down to the end of the Model of the Year Competition. The final two models will be revealed tomorrow. The model below came very close to winning second place. Coming in at third place is...



Leviathan by ~stεεlspectrum~. This model was the top tube supported model in the competition. Leviathan is a model that spends most of its time close to the ground, ala Maverick at Cedar Point. One of my favorite features is the launch midway through the ride. This ride really shows that steel is one of the better builders on the site, and worthy of his Builder tag.

Good job Steel! Congrats on the tag and the $25 (unless Hard Iron is in second) and the 3rd place.

2. Scylla and Charbydis

4. Fandango (I wish...)

6. Hard Iron

Nice coaster, man! I build k'nex roller coasters too, but they are the ones with the different tracks.

I'm pretty sure almost everyone here builds K'nex coasters of some kind...
