I am going to start a Invert build off, since my hyper one was not successful. Building will start Febuary 15th and will end April 15th. Voting will be a public Poll.

Rules:

1)Must be at least 2.5 feet.
2)Can not higher than 5.5 feet.
3)Coaster must be in Data Base by the 15th
4)Can not have 2 lifts.
5)Can not be a recreation

I think this kind of discrimination against newer members from entering a contest should not be allowed.

I'm entering the 6x6x6, but why the discrimination against certain people to enter? I'm obviously commited to another build off, but if I wasn't and wanted to do this now you have restricted that I cannot enter the contest just because I haven't built a few coasters before? 3 other people wanting to enter do not meet the requirements either. So basically you're saying "you guys aren't good enough to enter my contest".... pretty much a load of BS if you ask me...

I think you should veto that rule. I think it's bad business for this website to have a contest discriminating against newer members just because.... doesn't matter if they won't win the contest everyone should be welcome to at least attempt an entry. On top of that we should be encouraging EVERYONE to enter and get better, not making them make a certain amount of coasters or be demmed not good enough.


What if one of the mods votoed your ability to host a contest because there is a minimum of 5 coasters built? What if they decided to make that rule right after you posted your contest and you only have 4 rides made.... put yourself in these other 3 people's shoes you basically told to piss off....

What do you mean by final video? like if I enter (I won't though), and build a coaster, I have to make some super duper "final video"? What if people aren't good in stuff like that? Can't we just have a video showing how it runs without the fanciness?
