Cost wise though, Busch Gardens has the best deal. One ticket is $64.95 (online, and it's Flordia, everything is expensive), which also comes with a 7-day second visit free.
It's really up to you and your family though, because all the parks there are great. It really depends on what fits your family. Wherever you go, there's gonna be some really good coasters for you. Each park except Disney World has at least 2 or 3 B&Ms, but even then Disney has its high-themed coasters to make up for it.

I think the best overall park would be Universal Orlando Resort. Both Islands of Adventure and Univeral Studios are great parks, and both parks combined will give you more coasters and thrills than Busch Gardens. If you have a younger sibling, even better for them.
But aren't they repainting dueling dragons and fixing up Hulk?
I saw Hollywood Rip, Ride Rocket on the road to disney though, it looked badass.
