Alright guy's I have an extra Front, two middle's and a back if anyone want's them.

People who live closer don't automatically get priority... :/
There's something called decency. If you're setting up a deal with someone and you're about the seal the deal, and then comes in another guy living closer or paying slightly more, a decent seller would not cancel the deal and go for the other buyer.
