Hey all, I decided to change the name of my 2nd coaster from Double Helix to Lengua del Diablo. Firstly because it was such an old thread (I've been working alot and haven't had much time for Knex) and secondly because I thought Helix was a term used to define a cork, but that is not the case. I want interlocking corks further in the layout, but a "double helix" is something totally different.

So anyway, here she is so far. I took advice from many and changed the loop shape (more teardrop), made the loop a bit taller, the drop curve is now more fluid (suck, alpal, and Jumpge were right), I got rid of the boxes around the drop, and secured all my footers. Now the train makes it around the overbank fine, and just clears the next element, a dive loop. I know the dive loop needs shaping, i still need to tweek it. what do you guys think about it?

I like it but i would agree the dive loop needs some shaping, it looks kind of rough.

That loop is seriously amazing. The dive loop could use some work, though. In the upper left most part of it (2nd to last pic), it is rather sharp, which causes the top of the half loop to look too big (which it actually is). If you can even it out and make it a more gradual transition, it will look much better.

I still can't see any pi...- Holy Schick! Giant coaster!!!

Seriously, I'm amazed. Which is why I'd hate to say: ^Agreed. The Dive Loop looks a little scrunchy. Look at this one. Also, there's a straight spot in the drop (6 & 7 greys up).

I just have one question. How tall is it?

OK guys I think I fixed the pic problem, thanks for your response. Dive loop is being worked on, and to answer the Question, it is about 5' 11" tall.

OKay, here it is. The test vid. Since my last post, i have added an immelmann and a corkscrew. The Dive Loop/Immelmann resembles a "pretzel" and although comments are welcome, I'm done tweeking them. I know it's not perfect, but I'm moving on. Here are a couple pics of the "pretzel":

and here is a couple pics of the cork. You can see that there is a straight spot on the second half-cork (coming down in the back). Idk why it is there, i made the supports symmetrical, but it's there. Any suggestions besides moving the support back a little? Shouldn't the supports be a mirror image?

Anyway, enjoy the vid and this should be done by the end of Nov.
