Hows that? It's not the best, but it should work.

If your going for a wide overbank they might be good. But I build my supports as I build my track. Then your not trying to fit near the track. I'd either make the supports a little less wide, or make them taller if you want that overbank.

Follow KR11's advice, but also I think the turning pullout could use a lot more support. It looks pretty weak, so continue to support it!

Update! I finished supporting the turn *cough* Blackkitty *cough* And restarted the overbank. The turn looks weird in some views, but overall it looks good, so I'm gonna keep it.

It looks good, you can really only tell if it is supported enough with a test vid.

The turn looks fine. And after you get some supports on the overbank track it will look fine.

Update! I started shaping the first half of the overbank. Clearly it's not supported yet, I just want to know if i'm in the general vicinity of the shape it should be...

It's close, but it should be banked more towards the bottom and less at the top.

Edit: There's also a straight spot in the last picture.

I do see the great straight spot too RCExtreme.

But, about the baking. Right where the blue middle tubing ends, it should start to bank the other way in a smooth transition. Just fix the straight spot, make a better transition, bank it, then support it with a lot of track t support connections. Do that, and I think the ride will look really good! I really do love that 1st picture's transition and curve of the first turn.

I think the big problem is that you're overbank is completely flat from the side view (check pic 4). Here's a pic of Millie: Millennium Force (Cedar Point) You don't need a huge curve, but if you curve it slightly it will fix your other bumps.
Also you don't need to heartline the entrance. Millennium Force (Cedar Point)
Nice layout though.

Add some middle tubing. And it needs to be banked some before turning.

Well here is my oppinion.

Posted Image

The black part is the middle tubing, the red lines are the out and inside tubing. What you have to do is make the transition from the pullin straight, and then follow the rest of the lines. The purple line is where it should be banked the most, and don't make it bank 135* but figure out a way to make it bank like 100*

That's what i think you'll have to do.

^exactly. You are heartlining the transisition and it does not need to be. Although right now it is looking like more of a Diamondback hammerhead. You could make it a little wider.

Thanks, and I haven't supported it at all yet, so it will be fixed!

Yeah, I'm not planning to bank it 135*, that's just how it's sitting there. ;) Thanks for the overlap though!

Thanks, and yeah, basically the same as the rest of my replies. :D

Wow thanks for all of the comments! As I have said, the overbank was not supported at all. Absolutely 0. Hopefully I can make a lot of progress today, and update!

Looking great man! Very nice supporting and track-work! Now speed- I would try to use 'Pledge-Furniture Polish with extra moisturizer' and apply to the track with a paper towel, then use Silicone Spray on the cars for lube. It should work very well!

Kitty's right. Your supports in your pullout, turn, and pull-in are way too weak, and that is where you are losing your speed. Also, there's no need for a 3.75 grey tall overbank when your lift is barely 4 greys tall.
