This is my first Dive machine i have ever built. I figure why not try something a little different. Anyway I got as far as I could last night with the ride. Here are a few picks of the ride.

Should I move the motor up a little higher?

The pullout should really start out 2-3 granites higher and be 3-4 longer, as should the immlemann pullin.

^Agreed. Now the drop looks like a vertrical lift, so when it's a drop riders will die.

Try to add gears at the top of the lift, it will make the stress on the motor a bit less. And try to do what the other guys above me said. But, it is a good start!

As TK said. Add gears, or a tire at the top of the lift. Currently there is a lot of stress on the chain, the cross tie and your motor.

That's not nearly enough to comment on. Have you made any progress on the trackwork?

At the pullout of the drop and the pullin of the immlemann extend the base by two or three granite rods then you can fix the pullout and pullin.

Update time guys Xibir is about 75% complte and it works great. I got started on the helix and the station I also added a backbone to the loop and it dosen't shake that much like it used to. Please exscuse the mess around the ride i'll clean that up once the ride is done. For now here are the picks.

You have built a ten year old coaster here. I like it though. It really looks back into SSC's old days.
