Uhm, first, no caps lock please.
Second, you just need a video camera, USB <-> Camera cord, and a computer with Movie maker or another video editing/putting together software.

I would do piece by piece then put it all together when you make the video

Maybe you should ask a friend in real life or maybe your dad to help you with transferring the files over and putting together a video.

Im guessing your younger but have a parent help use a camera in HD if you can get one but you might not have alot of money to work with but then again I don't know or maybe your parents have one I am just tyring to help you out.
