I do, I like it a lot better. Nice job.

Thanks!

Well improved! It looks a lot better now.

Great to hear!

Looks better than before! I'm not an big fan of all the ''mini tubes'' tough, but I'm sure it's very strong that way.

Those mini tubes are needed. I even have to add some ones for strength.

The improvement is already working! The trains get +- 2 cm higher than before, even with a month no pledge!

Any more comments? ;)

Maybe you could get more strength with standard K'NEX mini tubes.

Dijew get the new trains? if you know what I mean.

It looks great! The only thing that bugs me is the drop I dislike how steep it seems to be. I also love the lift spine!

I don't want to build tubes out of normal k'nex, I think they are too thick on my scale of building. Still thanks! As for the cars, the custom trains are not finished yet. (**hinthint**)

Thanks! I know the drop is quite steep, about 70* to be exact. I builded this as a kind of mix-up between Leviathan and Shambhala. Shambhala hits about 65* (not sure), and Leviathan hits 80*, so I though this would be fine.

Already an update!

I've demolished the entire airhill and following turn, aswell the pre-ride. Later on I will re-build a pre-ride, but this one was starting to fall apart due to sharp turns.

Instead of the airhill, I builded a Leviathan-style overbank. (like the one immediately after the drop)

Pictures :D (I know there is missing one lifthill support, had to re-build it)

Overbank!

Again the overbank, do you guys mind the crosses that are in between the supports. They are there for stability, but if they are too ugly I'm pretty sure I can find an alternative. (more diagonals)

Comments would be appreciated, and layout ideas are welcome! ;)

Don't touch that! It looks tremendous.

I'd love to see a couple of proper good camelbacks on this, maybe a buckle partway through aswell?

That is georgeous! The symetrey in the tube supports is sexy! I say you should make an ejector hill into some high flying twisty element! Thank you for rebuilding this!

Well, I will do one camelback :). (space issues, my parents are already mad at me because of the coaster's size :@)

Thanks! I will add a hill :D

I had to add some more diagonals, so it's not completely symmetrical anymore. Thanks!

Great overbank! Very smooth.

Thanks again :D

SS is normally more realistic, but I'm happy this VV is realistic too (H)

Small verbal update: I added a small turn to the right after the overbank (45 degrees) into a tunnel, over which a path will go. I got one major problem ATM. Speed. It is almost making the overbank, but I hope that ones the custom train is finished it will make it, but afterwards I have just half the lift's height left. I can choose between a booster in the tunnel (hidden) or a short layout. What is your choice?

I choose to put a booster in the tunnel, but the custom trains wont fit in the booster. So you will have to use weighted regular trains. Good luck!

DP, sorry.

Update!

I added some supports to the overbank, made a small turn to the right in a tunnel and the start of a camelback. On top of the tunnel is a path, but that is not finished. Benches/light poles and plants are still to be added :P. I can still add a booster, so I would like some more opinions about that! ;)

I do like this layout a lot now with the change that you've made!
I am really looking forwards to seeing the camelback with your incredible VV shaping, so please move on quickly!

I like that first picture a lot. Robb would wheee his head off.
And the tunnel looks fantastic, I like how it's 'below ground'.
IMHO, I'd rather see a short layout than a booster'd one.

Very nice!! I love the "underground tunnel." The valley you make with all those white snowflakes looks very realistic. And I agree with Stig, I don't think you should add a booster. Boosters in my opinion ruin the flow of rides. Keep it up man!!

The reflection on the red car looks like a penguin. (lol)
I can't do micro, the connectors never stay connected to the track!
But it looks good so far! ;)

I'm not done building yet.

I will go for the layout without booster!
