I did some reasearch and Vinyl dye seems like the way to go.

Right now, I'm doing a bit of talking with Ickus 
^ I know as of right now the crossties won't change colors at all. The yellow is good enough for me. Tubing is going to be figured out by the end of the weekend and that's when the main part of construction will begin. I'll keep everyone posted.
