From what I can see, your building the structure about 1 and a half elements ahead of the track, don't do that, it leads to misshaping. You want to model the supports around the track, not the track to the supports. I usually only build the structure 3 granites ahead of the track max. That really helps with shaping.

I don't get what your saying. What do you mean by "I'm building the the structure about 1 and a half elements ahead of the track."

Update!
I made the lift hill taller and the carts now make the zero-g-roll.

Supports look good and strong but I would probably start the pullout a bit earlier to make it smoother and retain even more speed. But the zero-g roll certainly looks smoother. We probably need to see a side on view to see if it looks fully smooth but there is a definitely an improvement on what it was before.

Man, I was reading through your posts and was excited about the propellor thing. Sorry that it didn't work. What you have now looks good, but I would pull back the left side of the track a bit at the start of the roll, there is a bulge.

Oh sorry about not being able to do the propellor launch. It just wouldn't make it. I'll try and fix the 0-g-roll.

I like the idea, however, the twists are not at the same height and the exit of the zero-g is way steeper than the enterance.
