Look... I think the best way to work things out is to try things out. Build something. If you don't have enough tubing or pieces to finish the coaster, get more. It's as simple as that. I don't mean to sound unfriendly but I think trying things and finding out what works and what doesn't is the best way. And besides, you've basically just answered your own question.

Can't you just count them? There's really not all that much there. 2-3 SS, 2 RR, and 2-3 SR, that's what's come with most of the sets I've bought.
