yh most of there stuff is cheap but some stuff is over priced at the same time, just buy in bulk what ever they have in cheap at the time, 86mm granite rods are 5p when you order more than 50, but the 190mm grey rods are 32p each when you order more than 50, so there not worth it in my opinion, cheaper on ebay. around 10-15p per one on ebay, but the 5p or 6p ones are really good deal, and they also sell the yellow cross ties you use on there but they sell them for like £100 for 250 of them, better of buying full sets to get cross ties
