De Efteling is well-known because of its well-themed rides, and De Vliegende Hollander will have theming of the Flying Dutchman-legend (http://ms.essortment...flying_rrqy.htm).
Construction pictures are available here:
http://www.eftelist.nl/dvhbouw.html
The site is Dutch, but you can try to view the other pages.
There's no lay-out yet, but I'll let you know if there's any news at the Eftelist website.

The park is closed, and because of that, construction on the coaster part of the ride has been started. Friends went to Belgium, to a steel factory, and saw the first track pieces of the ride.
Okay, enough track. This is what the construction area looks like now:

The roller coaster is MOST PROBABLY built by Kumbak. When Vekoma (yes, it's Dutch) bankrupted, they had to 'fire' some people. Those people started their own (Dutch) company, called Kumbak (come-back). They have also built the new trains of the Python, located next to de Vliegende Hollander (the Flying Dutchman).

Because you didnt post a picture of that. And how do you know theyre from Kumbak..?Why would it be Maurer Söhne when there are Kumbak people walking around the construction area?
