The pullout/up looks much better. I would say you go with a tophat for the second track. I think it would give it a better overall look...

I say a tophat and an overbank at the same time. As in, make a tophat, but on an angle matching with the current overbank, so there is maximum dueling action. Know what I mean?

It's been a while since the last update, but I have been working. I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves. Hopefully I'll have another update w/better picture tonight. My mom's car was still in the garage, so it was pretty hard to take good pictures.

The tophat should be a little tighter, but since time is of the essence I think you can get away with it...

I for one think the top of the top hat needs to be redone. It should be a bit more pointy. I like the overbank. It gives off that Premier rides look. The hill looks pretty good too. We will wait until we can get a better view though.

^ Tophat?! Redone?! He doesn't have much time. Plus, IMHO it looks absolutely brilliant. I see one bump, yes, it's about half a millimeter big, but I think the tophat looks perfect. It's perfect size. I say this because it's just perfect shape.

Right now, I'm not going to worry about the tophat, since I have to finish this in a week. I've built the next hill/turn thing for the tophat side of the track. I'm going to need an extra "lifthill" on that side because I was planning for the track to go on top of a cabinet which is just a few inches higher than the train can reach. But don't worry, the lifthill part will be in a tunnel, and probably wont even be noticeable.

I'm going to start building really fast now, since I only have a few days left. I built two more elements. One is a pretzel loop, but the other element is so horrible-looking that no one will ever see it. What do you think?

The twisting on the right side of the pretzel loop looks a bit sharp to me. That's all that looks wrong.

^The twisting on the right looks good. But the left side looks disproportional to the right.

were it real life that would pull some harsh g's, but since it's knex i'm guessing its necessary to make the left shorter for speed reasons.

very cool, the black background makes this look very ominous

That's a really cool element, but I wouldn't consider it a pretzel loop though. Is this the first part of a turnaround, but you are hiding the second part cause it came out ugly?

^Yep. I have a HUGE update today. I worked practically all day and night on this, and I finally got the 1st side of the track done. Then I got around to measuring the length of the track so far. The 1st side is exactly 100 feet from the station to the station flyby. The second track is 54 feet, so I have now beaten the old record. Now on to the pics. Oh, and if you don't like the "theming," blame rct123.:tmbs
