Thanks Im almost done reconstructing the lift hill and
its looking better than ever. The supports are pretty much the same as the real
coaster. When the 30lbs arrives that may be enough to finish the rest of the coaster

My digi cam is horrible so I hope to get a new one
really soon. I got one clear pic because my hands weren't shaking while I had to
hold a stinkin lamp since everything looks black on the cam. This is the partly done
station with the y2k symbol. Soon I will make it into the shed and maybe Ill add the
unload statio too

I have taken Westside's advice to make a
"cable lift." I basically took the knex track flipped it upside down,
attatched it on the connectors on the lift hill using a hot glue gun and ran the string
through it. Along the way I attached a very strong magnet to the string. I hope to see
a speed improvement up the incline.

I doubt there will be a speed improvement if you are
using the K'NEX motors because they run at the same speed. Also, running a
string through the tubing could cause a lot of friction but the lighter weight string would
help reduce the weight which might make it faster. I dunno. Tell us how it works out
when you finish it.

O well, I just connected it, but it failed to move around
the entire tube. There was too much pressure. I will use a regular lift. The lift
doesn't really make a difference, I just wanted to see how it would turn out
