Did we have one of these way back when?

I know that with digital cameras so cheap now and phones with cameras on them, why not share them? They have one of these threads over at NEDesigns, and it's quite popular, so heres ours. Please keep pictures in a reasonable size.

I'll start:

A shot I took for my photography class. In the project we had to take pictures based of off pictorialist photography from the 20s and 30s. For this I covered my lens in vaseline and shot this picture. It's of a hallway at school, you can see the lights going down the hallway, and some of the pipes on the ceiling. It's revealed because of construction.

I took this early this week using a small small aperture and a long shutter speed. This wasn't on purpose, I just thought I take a picture of my friend and it came out really good.

I'm not into all of those fancy photos like the vasoline or shutter settings, filters, etc, but I just love to take pictures, especially when the moment calls. Here's some of my best:

This was a picture I took long before I started taking great pics, but I've loved this one ever since. My friend says it's the best pic he's seen of Scream!:

Rain even helps. Maverick looks gorgeous and Mean Streak looks like a whole new ride:

I'll post pics of NYC later on...

this last one is just outside of Hersheypark, if I turned around I could be able to watch the first helix out of the lift on Great Bear.

That's a nice pic of Kong!

Hey Fastman, you've heard of Dearborn, MI, right? If not, it's the birthplace of Henry Ford(inventor of assembly line and started Ford Motor Company). There's a rail line that goes through downtown Dearborn. I got to see an Amtrak not once, but twice from where we ate. It was pretty sweet.

Now, about your pictures, do you drive around to take those or run? Also, have you ever been to Seattle or Pittsburgh? Denver? I've gotten some good pics from in those cities.

^well, the ones with the CSX that I have posted so far were on a railfanning trip in Hagerstown MD with my granddad, pics like the ones below are in my town. I chase as many trains as I can these days; if I hear the horn, I grab a camera and sprint. :tmbs I live a black and a half from the tracks, so I can get there easily. The trains going through town go at about 11-12 mph so I can keep up with one for a mile or more if I needed to.
Personally I'd prefer the general powered freight units over passenger units, but you take what you can get.

Tyrant, the one that you have of the mud on your hood (I think it's in the hood) is really nice.
