This coaster is going to be launched using jespers launch. Some of you might of know that I was working on a launch coaster from my resistance thread. I have been working on this from about the middle of resistance. This is my first launch coaster and I will probably need a lot of help along the way. I will try to get more detailed pictures so that you can help me get this coaster as nice as possible. This will be the last update until the end of febuary because that is when I am planning on taking down resistance and thats were all my peices are. I was thinking of either doing a cobra roll or maybe an immeleman, I am not sure. I also still have to finish the launch after I take down resistance. Here are some pics:

I dont' think it is formed well....it doesn't have that teardrop shape.

Do a loop, maybe a cobra roll. An immelmann would look wierd coming out of a launch.

On the last picture, there is a bump in the pull in. Fix that and you look to be in good shape.

I must be one of the stupidest members on here. I just realized that I could have got those yellow rods the whole time. I had this coaster stored in another room while I was building resistance and I forgot all about the peices it had. I will try to fix the bump in the pull out and I think I am going to make this into a cobra roll.

Too basically disregard all the other posts, the half loop looks fine. A little sharper at the top and your golden. Not sure what the rest of you are talking about...

^Hahaha

Yeah I think it looks fine, too. Is there any specific reason why the supports are shaped like on Jogumpie's model???

There's a little sharp spot at the very bottom also. It's right after the launch. Other than that, just fix what RCT said and it'll be good.

I started the cobra roll today. I also changed some of the supports to save yellow rods. What model did Jogumpie use these on because I was just using them because they were strong. I will have to resupport the middle column when I get the peices. This is my first cobra roll so I dont know if this looks right. Here are some pics:

I think the bump is gone.

the bump looks gone and i think you should just add a few more cross ties at the top of the cobra roll and you're good.

There was never a bump, it was just sharp at the bottom, and still is. You need to fix that...

As for the half cobra-roll, it looks great. Just add more cross ties like Maverix said and your good...

Yes, ad more crossties please.
I swear the bottom of that pullout is straight. I'm really surprised that RCT didn't point that out. Or sirchubs

the transition isn't very smooth. But if you bulk up the cross ties it should make it nicer...

^It doesnt look too straight. Just one part but its fine.

Before you do anything ^TH said, get us more pics. I can't tell much from those.

^That's kinda too early to start banking.

Can we get a direct side view of the pullup? Its kind of hard to tell how smooth the transition is from that angle.

As for the banking, I wouldn't start it as early as TH suggested, but just have it banked at about 33* off-center or so at the top.

For the corkscrew part of the cobra roll, it will definitely need moving in. It just seems like it extends too far out.

But overall, this coaster is showing a lot of promise. Keep it up, I'm sure it will turn out good.

I have finished the cobra roll exept for some braces on one side and I will do that when I take down my other coaster. I had to move it to take the pics becaus I didnt have enough room. I plan on taking down my other coaster on friday and build that whole week because I dont have school. Does anybody have any suggestions for the layout after the cobra roll. Here are the pics:

Nice roll. Make some lateral supports, these things can shake a bit.

I saw your Rubik's Cubes, can you solve them?
