Woah. There are so many things here.

1) It looks like you're having trouble with the launch. I'm going to guess that the yellow half moons are what's causing this. I've built maarten12's cable launch before. Part of the tutorial required modifying pieces, which I didn't want to do. I found a way around that:

http://www.sscoaster...img-0498/large/ (Edit: ctrl + click / middle click to open in NEW window)
Basically, there's micro rods going in the left and right little holes just below where you snap in the middle tubing. Attached to these micro rods are some of those Y connectors, which are then attached to some micro rods and half moons. The train never touches the micro guides. If you have micro pieces, which it looks like you do, try this out. Another thing with the launch: it's not straight. If the launch is bent at all, you'll get problems like speed loss and train damage. If you have the pieces, definitely support the launch structure better. You're dealing with a lot of tension being placed on the structure.
2) Your tubes are bending. Rather extremely. That's not good. Overtime you could lose your shaping and supporting. You're missing a few crucial supports. Right after the launch, adding a diagonal tube would help out a lot. Not just with supporting but also shaping.
3) You don't have to have perfect shaping, but your track should still be smooth enough for the train to get through easily. Everything looks sharp and sudden. That's a recipe for speed loss. I wonder what would happen if you took out the flexi rods from the start of the flying snake dive to a little after it goes upside-down? The track would have a little more flexibility then, and thus less stress on the tube supports.
4) FYI you don't have to have those ladder (orange / brown) connectors on the track. Just an optional thing. Layering helps with even X-tie spacing, a lot of pieces will be saved for tube supports (the ladder connectors), and with an added bonus of not being able to place an X-tie because it's right across from a ladder connector.

I hope I'm not sounding really harsh or overly critical or bossy here I just want to help and stuff. I like what you have here I'm just going over what could make it better in my opinion. :)

Thank you will do, I do have quite a lot of of micro but I try not to use them, I am going to swap out some of the flexi rods for gray rods and reprofile the pop of airtime before the reversed flying snake dive

I can't get my zero g stall to work as my trains don't have enough speed to make it up a 2 gray rod tall airtime hill, I've been wanting to recreate stealth at thorpe park for a while so im gonna give up on this, Bye!

That's fair enough - have you built many other coasters in the past?

Maybe start with something more traditional, like a chain lift? We'd all love to see more pictures of anything else you build too! :)
