Read the tutorials there is lots of good stuff in there. Is the train cleaned, lubed and weighted? The pull-outs, particularly the first one are too abrupt and will kill speed.
My trains are cleaned and but not lubed. I try to build, without using oil or WD-40

Well, there's your problem. Most of us use some kind of lubricant and it does make a huge difference to the speed your train carries through the course. Just don't lube the track. Only the axles in the wheel assemblies (or at least that's where I use it).

It comes down to proper transitions and clean and carefully lubed axles. Use a proper lube, not WD-40, it chews away at your plastic. Use a silicon based lube and apply carefully, there is a great tutorial on SSC about lubing and cleaning axles. It's not hard, just get the technique right.
