I need some help. Are there any ideas out there on how to get the car up without string. I already put clips on the chain and that didn't work.

The circles are tiredrives and the black part is the chain. If chain isn't an issue then ignore this picture.

Try holding the chain dog on the front car down with a rubber band.

O.K I have tried 5 different things and have kicked it down at least twice. But this time it stays down. I really wanted to finish this so it's not "cancelled" so to say, but it's more postponed while I build up experience and hope to get an original coaster set.
could someone please close this thread
