This coaster is a break-off of Eclipse, which is cancelled. I figured Id better make a new thread, even though the only thing different is the lift (I never started the layout).
So heres my idea for a layout:
station, 195* turn, 3.2 ft. lift, turning drop (http://rcdb.com/ig1549.htm?picture=32), loop around lift (http://rcdb.com/ig470.htm?picture=12), immelmann, zero-G roll? the rest is up to your opinion
On to the pics:
If you have any layout or name ideas, please comment. I will be working on the turning drop tonight, but mine never look right so please help.

Well do a simple looper like Maverix said but make it short, when you make short layout you can focus on supporting the coaster.

^^ No. Im not a n00b. And the only reason Im making it this small is so I can fit it in my van to take it for a school project. And I consider Devastator's layout to be very interesting, especially the drop. Sorry to sound like Im denying everything you said, but the only part you got right is building my skills first (which you have not seen yet, apparently )
^ Yes Im not gonna try to do a real long layout. However, supports are not my worry. The only hard part is getting the shaping right.

I have not yet done this, but I will be unbanking the turn a tad

On to the video:
The drop will keep twisting and then loop around the lift. The only problem is that sometimes the cars rub on the track because its so tight. Also in the fourth pic you can see that the track is lumpy where the track connectors are.
Please comment!

^that 'bump' is \/, and please give helpful criticism, not just say it's 'bumy'. lol. and im not adding more flexis so i dont run out and i made it so the car works fine.
I need your guys' input, but should i make the drop smooth or should it have a horizontal pre-turn straight part like on a lot of floorless loopers?

to fix those bumps twist and turn your cross ties until they sorta click into position. if you do this with every cross tie it will fix most of your bumps in the role.
I have tried that, but the problem is that both sides of the track are going different directions, and the crossties dont bend easily. Will update tomorrow.

but i think im gonna make the loop parallel to the lift, not around it, mostly because it looks weird for the drop to twist 235* and because i can. I will also move the station to the other side of the lift and make the pre-lift smaller so it takes up less space. i want to keep it about 3 feet wide and no longer than 6.5 feet long.
If you have any ideas for some new or interesting inversions, please tell me. So far i am already going to make a zero-g stengel dive.

a zero-g stengel dive.
Never heard that one before...
The drop looks very abnormal, but that's probably because I've never seen one like that. The only thing I don't like about it is that it goes vertical. Might I refer you to these:
You may want to change your layout, because it's too much like Coaster55's Telsa.
