Hi I was just wondering where you would get the silver motor that is supposed to be really fast. does anyone know what set i can get it from? or from ebay? knex.com?

it's not it's called the all terane trekker that's the set it comes with.

Because it comes in the terrain tekker set, knex doesn't make them any more so I'd keep my eyes on Ebay.

I know for a fact that you can get it from the knex terrain trekker, although it's not for sale anymore, I already checked

^ If you mean this one, I have one, but it can barely pull one car up my lift. It'd probably take 2 or 3 to pull a good sized train. It seems to work good when it's with a regular red motor, though.

I don't have the AC motor.

AC - Alternating Curent, Outlets
DC - Direct Current, batteries
AC/DC - A band lol

As long as you have a smaller gear ratio with the electric motor (i.e. small gear to red gear) then it is pretty powerful and you don't have to worry about four batteries like the gray motor. I have one and never use it.

I have two TT motors, but I prefer using the electric motors. I have 7 of 'em, so I usually have a spare one if I insert a motorized part in a coaster.

It cost about the same as a TT (because it's a pain in the neck to find one for less than $30).
