My computer came out when XP came out. Office was not a option at the time, and it cost alot so I didn't get it.

If I ever decide to build another knex coaster I will intentionally use as many trademarked names as possible. I'm in the same boat as RCT, this was always a dumb idea...

If I came up with a great name and then built an even better coaster (wishful thinking, lol), I wouldn't want some noob using that name for their crappy coaster too. Would you?

It is just a name for your toy model, is it really that big of a deal? I don't care what a coaster is named...if it sucks the name won't help it. If it is amazing, the name won't hurt it.

It is to some. And you're not going to convince the majority of people on this forum otherwise. I personally, along with others, would like to know that the names of my/their coasters are "safe" and will stay with the coaster. For example, when you say snake-eyes you immediately remember that rollerdude built it, or if you say oasis you immediately recall coasterfreak11. The names are as big of a part of the coaster as the actual build quality.

Not trying to convince anyone to change their minds, but I won't follow the "rule" that I have to check if the name is taken. But then again, what are the odds that I would actually build a coaster...
